Multiplier Effect; FARM STEW is training trainers!

Joy Kauffman

In Uganda, the word of FARM STEW's impact is spreading!Many organizations want to incorporate FARM STEW principles into their outreach.  Just last week, we trained trainers from 5 countries Africa and the United States.  Pretty amazing for our little organization! Our total budget for our first year as a 501c3 was just $40,000 employing a total of 7 people and training over 11,000! Our total number, because we started the work before becoming a not-for-profit, is now over 17,000 people!

FARM STEW Uganda is seeking to multiply our impact by training trainers. Here Edward Kaweesa, FARM STEW Uganda's President,is leading out at a training in Kenya!  Other members of the team were leading out at a USAID training on Small Farms!

From the very beginning, FARM STEW has been built on the idea of training trainers. It reminds me of this great truth:

"In every church there is talent, which, with the right kind of labor, might be developed to become a great help in this work...wise laborers to discern and develop talent in the church—talent that can be educated for the Master’s use.{EGW 9T 117.2}
