Do you ever feel like God has called you to make a difference, but you are not really sure where to start? You want your life to matter. You want to share the gospel. You want to help people and be part of something bigger, part of finishing God's work. But life is already full. You may be busy raising children, working, teaching, caring for aging parents or spouse, serving at church, and just trying to keep up with life. You may not be able to travel overseas, start a ministry, or take on another major responsibility. So you put it off. Then you feel bad because you are not doing more. But you are still too busy to figure out what “more” is supposed to look like. Before long, you can start to feel isolated, discouraged, and disconnected from the work God is doing around the world. But being part of God's work does not always require a big platform, a plane ticket, or hours of extra time.

A FARM STEWard is someone who helps others discover what God is doing through FARM STEW. You do not need to be a pastor, missionary, fundraiser, or public speaker. You simply share stories, videos, and resources with the people already around you. That could mean showing a short video in Sabbath School, sharing a children’s story at church, giving a friend an impact report, talking about FARM STEW over lunch, or inviting someone to equip a family or sponsor a village. You do not need a huge circle of influence. You just need a willingness to start the conversation.
Most people will never hear about FARM STEW unless someone they know tells them. A video may be powerful, but someone still has to share it. A story may inspire a donor, but someone still has to tell it. A family may be waiting for help, but someone still has to invite others to get involved.
That is why FARM STEWards are so important. One simple conversation can lead someone to sponsor a family. That family can begin learning practical skills that improve their health, strengthen their home, and create new opportunities. As more families are reached, an entire village can begin to change. It may start small, but God can use it to do something extraordinary.
You will not have to figure out what to say or create everything yourself. Every other month, FARM STEWards receive simple resources they can share with their church, school, friends, family, and community. These resources may include: Mission spotlight videos, sermons, children’s stories, impact report, and updates from the field. You will also receive a FARM STEWard resource bag filled with materials you can hand out or use when talking with others.
Everything is created to be simple, clear, and easy to share. You might share something at church once every few months. You might show a video to your class. You might give an impact report to a friend. You might start a birthday fundraiser. There is no pressure to do everything. The goal is simply to help you take the next small step.
Being a FARM STEWard also means becoming part of a community! Together, we can share ideas, pray for the work, encourage one another, and discover new ways to involve our churches, schools, families, and communities. You are joining a group of people who know God can use simple acts to change someone's world!
You may know hundreds of people. You may only know a handful. Either way, there is something you can do. You do not need special experience. You do not need to have all the answers. You simply need to care about what God is doing through FARM STEW and be willing to tell someone else.
