Kolonkassoudou

Kolonkassoudou: is a small rural village located in the north of the Western Tandjilé. The population is about 800 families. The villagers live mainly from agriculture, namely: rice, peanuts and potatoes and especially sugarcane which is widely cultivated and which are consumed suddenly, and in the long run causes the village to fall back into famine due to lack of good conservation. At harvest time, there is a lack of sales. On the educational level, schools are built with stems and mulch. The accessories are built from wall benches. Girls are the least educated because of the poverty of their parents, they send them early to marry, or at least go to the market to sell and find something for the family. We can also point out the low harvest due to changes, manual labor which is an Archaic climate and the infertility of the soil. The villagers live in health insecurity, due to the lack of drinking water and mosquitoes. In reality, the village of Kolonkassoudou lives in deep poverty because their young people leave for the city to find their way, and this creates a loss of income. The big problems the community is trying to solve is how to help the young people to stay and work for their community development and secondly, what solution for girls' education.
