Residents face challenges such as limited access to healthcare, absence of local secondary schools, poor road conditions, and limited electricity, which restrict economic opportunities. Despite these hardships, the people of Manoa are resilient, with local initiatives aimed at improving agriculture and education. With targeted support, Manoa has the potential to enhance livelihoods, expand access to essential services, and build a more sustainable future.
